A power quatro of pop-rock-punk with a flare for hipster dance inspiration. These folks feature the driving, anthemic, bare bones guitar of Bevilacqua, the alternatingly teeth grinding and toe tapping bass lines of Johannes, backed by the minimalist, but heavy drumming of Irons, and topped off by the gruffly sang beauty of Dalle's vocals.
Their songs are designed to keep you grooving, and despite it maybe being in based taste, I must admit that the mix of booty shaking bass lines and driving guitar has me thinking a little of Queens of The Stone Age. Although when it comes to song structure I must admit that the quick, and sharp tunes by Spinnerette feel much shorter than those of The Queens of the Stone Age.
At their worst Spinnerette sounds a little like Pink except without the need to "act tough". At their best Spinnerette is danceable edgy pop that reminds you of all the best punk you listened to back in 1992.

Whereas Spinnerette is just good music.
